Tenderize tougher cuts of beef or wild game with this durable cuber. Fits meats up to 3/4" thick. Cuber has 31 stainless steel blades to cut into and tenderize your meat. Removeable stripper blades keep meat from wrapping around rollers and makes for easy cleaning. Throat opening is 5 1/4" long by 1 3/8" wide.
